This week further shows the growing difference between the HARDOS and the scrubs. Skinny virgin Ben and Alpha Chad will have a great season only to be dumped in the second week of playoffs after their bye weeks. The rest of the league continues the battle for last place.
A roommate battle between Matt and JJ started with a heavy investment in the Vikings. Was his plan with starting a no name receiver on this team a ploy for the weekly payout (points over projection) or did he really see a spark in this Vikings offense. I’m not in a position to dig into the inner workings of the manager’s brain. JJ had a strong effort from Aaron which was absorbed by Matt’s newly acquired Aaron. Matt breaks his 5-game losing streak with a consistent showing from the best defense in the league from a team that plays against actual opponents.
The New England Patriots continued there” trend of playing children and Ben serves up a Hertz Donut to Trav. Russell Wilson finds himself tossed in a Seattle fish market as he flounders to a measly performance. At press time, Trav is pending a James Conner and Stealy defense against Miami. There’s a chance we see more from the Fish Market matchup and Trav poaches the Dolphins like a Japanese Whaler.
It’s chili season boys and Cheadle looks to be cooking with his spicy Texan combo with British detective names, Watson and Hopkins. He did however leave some spices in the pantry as Coleman has a season high performance. Can Cheadle get a clue for his starting rotation or will he get Chubb off his own grub? Something is not right with Max’s team. What is that? Fish Sauce?
With the closest matchup of the week for the Dyslexic, Brent falls to a Todd showing the same resilience that made him Champ in 2018. Like Todd’s score, not much else to say here. Brent – Sex Number. Todd – Loveless Marriage Number. We’re staring back to back into the dark void wondering “is this it?”
Chad’s team has IT with a dominant performance. Top of the power rankings with Brees back in action to open up the running game for Murray but a tough choice ahead to start Murray or roll with Kamara. Drott goes to .500 on the season and looks to be a target for the hordes of 3-5 scrubs behind him.
